Kim
Kim began dancing when she was three years old. She has been teaching dance for over 38 years! She began teaching at Hillsboro Dance Academy and the NW Conservatory of Dance. From there, Kim founded her own studio: Young Learners Dancin’ School in 1994. Kim is now very thankful to be part of the team at New Vision!
This will be Kim’s 5th year teaching at NVDC. She teaches Tap and Ballet. When asked her favorite part about teaching dance, “So many things!! I love spreading my love of dance to my students. I love the joy of watching them do what they love. I love the way they put a spin on the steps I have taught them and make them their own. It truly is the best job in the world.”
