A University of Oregon Dance Team alumni, gifted choreographer, and innovative instructor. Ryann has been one of our competition choreographers here at NVDC for the last few years! Ryann's choreography has been highly praised: her works have earned more than five choreographer awards, various powerful storytelling recognitions, and special judges' honors for creative movement.

In the last three years, her works have earned three different highest-scoring routine awards, in addition to all her routines placing in the top 10 at competitions. Ryann's classes are a mix of learning how to pick up choreography and exercises that teach dancers how to gain strength through technique. Her teaching style focuses on creating a safe space for dancers to explore what they are truly capable of and push them out of their comfort zones.
